Well, I'm a good boy, aren't I?! During this year learned three large concertos, two suites, one mass and eight one-part compositions. There have't been a large number of concerts played, but good ones and in 17 Russian cities.
All these my tours aren't tiring me (to talk about that many touring musicians tire and prefer to work near their homes), but on the contrary, encouraging and inspiring me. So often upon returning home after another trip I turn slightly sour on the third day.
I sincerely thank all the musicians with whom I met recently or long ago. String players, conductors, pianists, organists, woodwing and brass players, percussionists, guitarists, vocalists. I say my traditional "Thank you for the music!" to you! I thank also all concert departments' employees, administrators and directors of the concert halls and ensembles. I wish, of course, you a Happy New Year! Good health to you and your families!
Happy New Year to all my friends. Be happy!
